Director of Field Operations — Freddy's Glass (Waco, TX)

Freddy's Glass is looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Field Operations to lead our installation and service crews across the Waco area. If you know how to run a tight ship in the field, love developing strong teams, and take pride in a job done right — we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage all field crews handling residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs
  • Keep schedules tight, jobs on-time, and quality consistently high
  • Be the go-to leader for your technicians — training them up and having their backs
  • Work closely with our office and sales team to keep every job running smoothly from quote to completion
  • Own safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction out in the field

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years leading field teams in construction, glass/glazing, or a related trade
  • A natural leader who can train, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • Someone organized enough to juggle multiple crews and job sites without dropping the ball
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to be on job sites and active in the field — this isn't a desk job
