Job description

Lead the Team. Drive the Numbers. Elevate the Operation.

Green Pest Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a Service Manager who can take ownership of our field operations and build a high-performing service team.

This role is central to our next phase of growth. You’ll be responsible for technician performance, route efficiency, customer retention, and overall service quality—turning daily execution into measurable results.

This is not a passive management role. We’re looking for someone who shows up, solves problems, and drives performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of service technicians
  • Drive daily production, routing efficiency, and capacity planning
  • Ensure monthly and annual revenue goals are consistently hit
  • Train and develop technicians through hands-on field leadership
  • Monitor and reduce callbacks and service issues
  • Maintain high standards for customer experience and service quality
  • Track key metrics and adjust quickly to stay on plan
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and operational costs responsibly

What Success Looks Like

  • Routes run efficiently with high productivity
  • Technicians perform consistently with minimal oversight
  • Customers stay longer and issues are resolved quickly
  • Revenue goals are met or exceeded
  • Systems and expectations are clear, repeatable, and scalable

Who We Are Looking For

  • A leader, not just a supervisor—you hold people accountable
  • Comfortable working with numbers (production, efficiency, revenue)
  • Strong problem-solver who acts quickly and decisively
  • Organized and detail-oriented—but focused on execution
  • Experienced in pest control and team management
  • Looking for a career with growth, not just a job

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-driven profit-sharing opportunities
  • Company vehicle
  • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, PTO)
  • Paid training and ongoing development
  • A growing company with real opportunity for advancement
