Job description

Job Summary:

A Marketing Intern collaborates with the Field Marketing and broader Marketing team to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns, events, and content that drive engagement with Clearwater's audiences. They build a practical understanding of field and event marketing principles, contribute to real campaigns and client-facing programs, sharpen their ability to analyze marketing performance, and clearly communicate the impact of their work.

Responsibilities:

Learns marketing tools, team workflows, and campaign best practices quickly and accurately with mentor guidance.

Collaborates successfully with peers across Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales.

Independently completes marketing tasks (e.g., email builds, content formatting, event logistics coordination).

Incorporates feedback from team lead(s) positively.

Masters the team's business domain basics within 1 month and detailed knowledge within 3.

Engages in campaign and event planning discussions and provides valuable input.

Supports the development, execution, and reporting of one or more campaigns or events with peer and mentor assistance.

Actively and constructively participates in content and campaign reviews, and submits work for review.

Required Skills:

Basic familiarity with marketing concepts or coursework (campaigns, events, or content marketing a plus).
