    OR 1-2+ years of related retail experience and/or training.
    OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams of 10-100 employees.
    Experience in coaching, performance evaluation, and team development.
  • Technical & Physical Capability:
    Comfortable using technology, hardware, and software tools to manage projects.
    Willing to perform physical tasks such as installing fixtures, moving shelves, and merchandising products.
  • Communication Excellence:
    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and store partners.
  • Logistics & Travel:
    Valid driver's license required.
    Extensive local and some Overnight travel may be necessary to support field operations.
  • Language Skills:
    English proficiency required.
    Bilingual skills may be needed based on business needs.
