  • Work alongside superintendents andย foremenย to plan, track, and execute field activities according to design and specifications.ย 
  • Perform and verify quantity takeoffs, cost reporting, and materials tracking.ย 
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project schedules and budgets stay on track.ย 
  • Participate in work planning, project documentation, and progress meetings.ย 
  • Implement andย monitorย quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure construction meets or exceeds standards.ย 
  • Identifyย and help resolve field challenges quickly through teamwork and creative problem-solving.ย 
  • Support change order management, cost reporting, and close-out documentation.ย

Whatย We'reย Looking Forย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred).ย 
  • 1+ years of experience in heavy highway, road, or bridge construction (internship or field experienceย a plus).ย 
  • Experience with projects $10M+ preferred.ย 
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.ย 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction software tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.ย
