The Loan Administration Specialist at Fidelity Bank is responsible for supporting the commercial loan administration function through the timely and accurate processing, coordination, and maintenance of commercial loan files and documentation. This role requires a minimum of three years of prior commercial loan administration experience within a banking environment, along with a strong understanding of loan operations, compliance requirements, and collateral documentation. The specialist assists with loan processing, prepares and reviews closing documents, boards loans to the core system, monitors collateral and file completeness, and generates reports and correspondence such as commitment and adverse action letters. Working collaboratively across departments, this individual ensures the smooth flow of information, adheres to regulatory standards (including HMDA, CRA, and ECOA), and supports risk management efforts, while delivering a high level of service aligned with Fidelity Bank’s customer experience standards.
