Job description

TREO Staffing is currently seeking experienced** Fiberglass** **Technicians **to join our team. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals with experience in fiberglass fabrication, repair, finishing, and installation. This position offers steady work, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work with a respected company in the marine and industrial industries.

Responsibilities:

Lay out, cut, and install fiberglass materials

Perform fiberglass repairs on boats, vessels, and industrial components

Apply resins, gel coats, and other fiberglass material

Sand, grind, buff, and finish fiberglass surfaces

Read and interpret blueprints, drawing, and work instructions

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous fiberglass experience preferred

Experience in marine, shipyard bpat buildin, or industrial environmentsis a plus

Ability to use hand tools,power tools, grinders,and sanders

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliable transportation and ability to report to work on time

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
