About the Role

We’re seeking Fiberglass Mold Technicians to help maintain, repair, and modify molds used in our fiberglass pool manufacturing process. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with molds, ensuring their integrity and functionality while making necessary modifications and repairs.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in repairing damage to molds caused by routine use
  • Modify molds and supporting frameworks as needed
  • Support construction and reconstruction of molds to meet production needs
  • Operate a variety of power tools, including grinders, drills, cutting tools, jigs, gauges, and pneumatic tools
  • Follow proper chemical handling procedures and use PPE such as respirators, knee pads, anti-slip socks, and fall protection
  • Read and interpret mold construction drawings
  • Work in physically demanding environments, including climbing, bending, and kneeling
  • Wear a full-face respirator (after passing respiratory testing)

  • Comfortable using shop-related tools and equipment
