The Graff Auto Campus (Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Toyota, GMC) is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our centralized Business Development Center (BDC) serving all five dealerships in Northwest Indiana.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers by providing information about inventory, specials, and financing options.

  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team across all Graff Auto Campus locations.

  • Manage CRM activities, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up on consistently.

  • Collaborate with the BDC team and store managers to maximize opportunities and improve customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

  • High energy and a positive, customer-first attitude.

  • Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication.

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
