Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring Fiber Optic Cable Blowing/ Cable Pulling Crew Leaders in the Dayton, Ohio area. The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity. Highly competitive wages, dependent on skills and experience.
Skills and Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of knowledge operating fiber-blowing machines, superjets, and mini-jets.
2. Knowledge of pulling cables and innerduct
3. Experience safely leading pulling crews and directing daily work activities such as timesheets
4. Familiar with reading telecom blueprints and completing redline/as-built prints
5. Valid drivers license, CDL-A is not required but a plus
