Job description

Kelly Tractor CAT is seeking Equipment Technicians for Condition Monitoring roles. This position focuses on monitoring equipment health, inspecting machines, identifying repair needs, supporting diagnostics, documenting findings, and helping customers and service teams prevent equipment failures before they happen.

Qualified candidates should have heavy equipment knowledge, strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and the ability to communicate equipment issues clearly. Experience with diagnostics, inspections, and service reporting is preferred.
