Job description

Experienced Fence Installation Crews – Subcontractor (1099) | High-Volume Work Available
We are seeking experienced, professional fence installation crews (Subcontractor – 1099 only) to support our growing residential and commercial installation division.
This is a strong opportunity for established crews looking for consistent weekly work, organized scheduling, and reliable pay from a high-volume company.

Work Overview
  • 5–6 jobs per week (steady pipeline available)
  •  Residential and commercial installations 
  •  Most projects are 150’+ fence installations and larger
  •  Work includes high-volume residential builds and commercial sites 
  •  Service area is primarily within 40 miles, with occasional travel 
Required Experience (No Training Provided)
Applicants must be fully experienced in fence installation across multiple materials:
  •  Vinyl fencing 
  •  Aluminum fencing 
  •  Chain link fencing 
  •  Wood fencing 
Crews must be able to:
  •  Start and complete jobs independently 
  •  Manage full installation without supervision 
  •  Deliver clean, code-compliant, professional installations 
Subcontractor Requirements (Mandatory)
  •  Active 1099 subcontractor status
  •  Own full tools, equipment, and installation capabilities 
  •  Active General Liability Insurance 
  •  Workers’ Compensation (if required for your structure) 
  •  Valid Driver’s License 
  •  Up-to-date W9 / tax documentation
