Duly Health and Care in Bolingbrook seeking a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights 

  • Practice includes 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers currently.

  • The Urology Department is seeking a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) trained Urologist to join our growing team and provide specialized care in Chicagos western suburbs, primarily at our Bolingbrook and Naperville locations. This physician will complement our established FPMRS program and help meet the growing demand for female pelvic health services across our patient population.

  • A Urology residency followed by a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) is required.

  • The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of female pelvic floor and reconstructive urologic conditions, including both clinical and surgical care.

  • The physician will collaborate closely with our established team of urologists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff while building and growing a robust FPMRS practice within a high-volume, multispecialty healthcare organization.

  • Competitive total rewards salary of $550,000 and $700,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $525,000 - $550,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $550,000 - $700,000.
