SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineer in Greenwood, SC who will work with a team of engineers to develop a new product for an established and solid company. The incumbent will have experience with engineering analysis and tool capabilities (Cad, FEA, statistical analysis, software applications, electrical analysis tools) and strong product manufacturing knowledge.
This role offers an excellent compensation package as well as growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related Engineering field.
  • 5+ years of design, manufacturing, test and application experience with metal-enclosed capacitor/reactor equipment including enclosure thermal management for the global market.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership capability and experience in coordinating/completing complex projects on-time.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2d & 3d and PLC programming.
  • Experience in the design and manufacturing of control panels and wiring harnesses for power system components.
  • Experience with CSA and UL.
  • Experience with NPD, DMEDI, VA/VE, FEMA and Lean and Six-Sigma methodology.
  • Knowledge of power systems and automation & controls is desired.
  • Strong product testing, verification and validation skills.
