The incumbent will have experience with engineering analysis and tool capabilities (Cad, FEA, statistical analysis, software applications, electrical analysis tools) and strong product manufacturing knowledge.

- Bachelor's Degree in a related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of design, manufacturing, test and application experience with metal-enclosed capacitor/reactor equipment including enclosure thermal management for the global market.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership capability and experience in coordinating/completing complex projects on-time.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2d & 3d and PLC programming.
- Experience in the design and manufacturing of control panels and wiring harnesses for power system components.
- Experience with CSA and UL.
- Experience with NPD, DMEDI, VA/VE, FEMA and Lean and Six-Sigma methodology.
- Knowledge of power systems and automation & controls is desired.
- Strong product testing, verification and validation skills.
