Customer Service Associate

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate and be the welcoming face of our facility. As a CSA, you will provide exceptional customer service to both our members and potential members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Your role will include giving facility tours, handling sign-ups, answering phone inquiries, and providing coverage in our Kid's Center.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Assist with member sign-ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers.
  • Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
