Job description

Northshore Dock & Marine is seeking a General Labor / Seasonal Dock Worker to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, transporting, and servicing docks, hoists, and waterfront equipment throughout Northern Michigan. This is a physically active outdoor position ideal for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work, long days, and being part of a fast-moving crew.

Responsibilities

  • Install and remove docks, hoists, and waterfront equipment
  • Perform heavy lifting and outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Work alongside crew leaders to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and assist with general labor tasks

Requirements
