Duties: Work closely with the sales department and make sure documents and details are entered correctly Review and draft contracts and short-term agreements Prequalification renewal for NCDOT Bidding Solicitation - Monthly DOT highway letting, town and municipalities bid solicitation Bid bond/payment and performance bond Assist and cross train in other areas such as Accounts Receivable Manage Verizon iPhone and tablet accounts Manage various licenses in VA, NC and SC Order and manage office supplies Manage and oversee mail/FedEx Coordinate Office events and holiday parties.
