Job description

Our fulfillment associates are the backbone of the ATLETICA customer experience. Every order that ships correctly and on time is a direct reflection of the care and standards you bring to the floor. This role is fast-paced, KPI-driven, and built for people who take genuine pride in accuracy and output.

What You'll Do

• Pick items using RF scanner and WMS; verify SKU and quantities against order

• Pack orders to ATLETICA brand standards — correct item, condition, count, and packaging every time

• Print and apply shipping labels; route orders for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carrier pickup

• Perform quality checks at the pack station — flag discrepancies before they ship

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe; adhere to all SOPs and safety procedures

• Support kitting, light assembly, replenishment, and cycle counts as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Ability to work on your feet for a full shift; frequent lifting, bending, and reaching

• Comfort in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment (accuracy rate and units/hour)

• Basic math, computer literacy, and RF scanner comfort

• Reliable attendance — the team counts on you

• Experience operating rider pallet jacks

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; heavier items via team lift or mechanical aid

• Stand and walk up to 8 – 10 hours per shift; frequent reaching, gripping, and stooping
