Job description

Ascentec Engineering is seeking Material Handlers! It's an exciting time to join a growing company that has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
These positions are onsite (not remote/not hybrid) at our Tualatin location and are not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.
Requirements
  • Receive materials into stock
  • Pick materials and deliver to downstream & upstream, internal customers/departments
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Perform cycle counts and end of month inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in a computer system
  • Coordinate with other staff to meet deadlines in a fast paced, quick turn environment
  • Final clean and packaging for a wide variety of products
  • Prepare all shipping paperwork using EpiCor, UPS and FedEx websites
  • Verify incoming shipments
  • Arrange occasional LTL and same-day shipments
  • Local pickup and delivery back-up
  • Coordinate with other staff shipping deadlines in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Works in a machine shop environment.
  • May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 60 lbs.
