Job description

Under general supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.

Essential Functions

  • Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests, providing technical advice and leadership for the organization in the definition, development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.
  • Participate in project teams on departmental and corporate initiatives.
  • Provides system and network support.
  • Maintain training content, end user communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical skills.

Experience with business multidimensional databases, software, web technologies, scripting languages in the business environment.

Quantitative business problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong organizational/time management and planning skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience with Financial ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), especially with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, OIC, SFTP processes for data connectivity & automation. Understanding of governance, compliance standards, & audit readiness requirements. Experience evaluating trade-offs involving customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization.

Pay Transparency: This position is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN (Pay range of $6,511.62 - $10,744.16 monthly, Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. (Pay range of $6,854.33 - $11,309.65. Sponsorship and relocation may be provided depending on business needs.

Pay: Memphis, TN (Pay range of $5,152.82- $8,244.52 monthly, Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. (Pay range of $5,424.03 - $8,678.44.
