Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital systems support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • On site contact for comprehensive digital systems support.
  • Interact with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Interact with remote tech support subject matter experts, submit and manage trouble tickets.
  • Initiate remote troubleshooting sessions including capturing and sharing photos/screenshots for analysis.
  • Assist with ordering, physical handling, placement, set-up, and physical inventory of IT equipment, computers, printers, server room and network infrastructure.
  • Suggest, and participate in, technology focused enhancements to improve site Safety Quality Delivery Cost.
  • Work in warehouse environment with PPE.
  • Operate a scissor lift if necessary to provide photo and video of network node cabinets to remote network equipment support.

Skills:

  • WIFI and fiber network troubleshooting and ticket management.
  • PC and peripheral device setup, configuration, and deployment.
  • Connect with remote SME for handheld barcode scanner troubleshooting and programming.
  • Connect with remote SME for Zebra printers troubleshooting and programming.
  • Contact for HP printer fleet and connection with HP helpdesk.
  • Setup FEDEX ship manager software and connection with FEDEX tech support.
  • Oracle RACES ticket management for site shared account issues.
  • Maximo ticket management for site shared account issues.
  • Program badges and badging system and manage SSO list.
  • Site security system configuration changes including basic programming and updates.
  • Conference room technology programming and troubleshooting.
