Position Description
Department Information:
The BSU Aviation Science program provides comprehensive flight training and aviation management education, encourages lifelong learning, and prepares our graduates to be aviation leaders serving the dynamic aviation industry in Massachusetts and beyond.
Position Information:
The Aviation Science Department is seeking an Office Assistant responsible for general office duties such as:
  • making photocopies
  • filing
  • mail pick up
  • deliveries
  • assist faculty and staff with projects as needed
  • other clerical office duties as assigned

Eligibility requirements:
  • Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
  • Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package

Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and work well with people or alone as needed.
Additional preferred qualifications include:
  • Good people skills
  • Dependable
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and/or train
