We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer service professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality office services in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for sending/receiving mail and packages, stock pantries and kitchens, stock supply areas, office moves and assisting the hospitality team with setting up large events.   • Location:Los Angeles, CA 90071
  • Schedule:Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (flexible)
  • Pay Rate:$24.50 - $26.00 per hour

Office Services

  • Operate and maintain digital mail equipment
  • Send and receive mail and packages with a high level of accuracy and quality control
  • Stock the supply areas around the office
  • Stock the pantries and snack areas around the office
  • Assist with setting up conference rooms for events

Workflow Management & Efficiency

  • Review, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments throughout the day to insure office needs are met
  • Optimize workflows to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources
  • Monitor email and proactively communicate status updates or delays with any service requests

Client & Service Support

  • Partner with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide a high level of service, ensuring all requests are handled with urgency and professionalism
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the process to ensure expectations are met

Quality Control & Accuracy
