We support the defense, energy, and science markets through responsive, cost-effective execution of critical security, facilities and infrastructure, nuclear defense and nonproliferation, and environmental projects.

Job Description
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with clients, peers, and affiliates.
  • Works under limited supervision to run routine, small to mid-scale engineering, and/or architectural projects.
  • Supervises and/or directs technical and project efforts (including schedule, budget, etc.) which may include direction/interaction with non-Pro2Serve employees.
  • Under limited supervision, handles routine, small to mid-scale projects (projects typically more than $50,000 but less than $2,000,000 in scope).
  • Leads and assists in proposal development.
  • Develops and coordinates schedules, budgets, subcontractors, etc. as needed for project delivery.
  • Review all cost estimates, schedule changes, etc.
  • Prepares and coordinates reports, studies, calculations, etc. as required.
  • May lead conferences/meetings with client to establish project objectives and resolve all levels of design problems.
  • Directs work efforts of project disciplines and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrates ability to get along with coworkers, and customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Able to lead proposal development in response to a request for proposals including technical and pricing proposals.
  • Able to read and interpret documents, calculations, engineering drawings, etc.
  • Able to write routine and non-routine reports and correspondence.
  • Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Able to interpret a variety of instructions deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Desired experience

Previous experience working with Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) projects or programs.

Registered PE

Project Management Professional certification-PMP

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and this position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
