Keystone Advisors is a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Firm with a proven 17-year track record providing Audit, Accounting, and Advisory Services in the areas of financial and administrative management, organizational and business improvement, program management support, budget support, financial analytical services and reconciliation, technology management and staff augmentation in Chicago, IL, Washington, DC, Alexandria, VA, and other metropolitan areas to both government and commercial clients. Keystone Advisors is looking for Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts to join our team in the Washington, DC metro area to support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Deputy Commandant Programs and Resources (DC P&R), Budget & Execution (B&E) Division Financial Management Support Services. This is a hybrid position, the primary place of performance is the Pentagon with the ability to telework. The Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts will assist the USMC in the formulation of financial plans, cost estimates, and other analysis of financial requirements. They must have a thorough understanding of interrelationships between financial management requirements and automated solutions, considering the current system environment and potential integration for added systems. Minimum qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst: • Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years supporting Federal Financial Management
• Extensive Marine Corps and DoD financial management experience
• Strong expertise with DAI Oracle modules, Budget-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and OAS/OBIEE reporting
• Certifications: Oracle Financials Certification(s)
Minimum qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years supporting Federal Financial Management
• Experience with DAI, PBIS, ADVANA, WYPC, USSGL posting logic, technical closeout processes, Power BI, Power Query, and advanced analytics.
