RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits
  • Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
  • Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts
  • Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
  • Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships
  • Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Prior inside sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to continually learn about bisco industries, our customers and the industry
  • Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities
  • History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community
  • You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and work Onsite, Monday through Friday              8AM – 5PM with an hour lunch.

Yearly Pay Range of $50K-$55K paid out hourly. ($24/hr to $26/hr) with opportunities for bonus.
