Selling Branch Manager
Automation Personnel Services seeks an experienced Selling Branch Manager to lead our branch in Calhoun, GA. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with branch management responsibilities. You will drive revenue growth by strengthening relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and guiding your team to deliver exceptional service. As the face of our company in the local market, you will champion our values while building a strong, results-driven culture in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
$60-70k base salary based on experience, plus commission

Selling Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to meet individual and branch revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients while actively prospecting and securing new business within your territory.
  • Oversee all sales activity within your assigned market, ensuring consistent follow-up and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters to ensure open job orders are filled quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activity, leads, and client interactions using the company CRM system.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, consistently upholding company policies and core values.
  • Manage branch operations efficiently, identify cost-saving opportunities, and submit accurate expense documentation to accounting.
  • Partner with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely invoice collection and maintain healthy client accounts.
Selling Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications
