Job description

DEAL BREAKERS
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must submit a CURRENT resume that reflects you possess the required skills.
  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday nights on an on-going basis.
  • Must be highly reliable.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. from March 1 to October 31
  • 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from November 1 to February 28
NOTE:  Saturday and Sunday are a MUST.  There is some flexibility in which weekdays you work. 
PAY
$16.50 per hour to start
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
  • Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy.
  • Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
  • Perform nightly accounting tasks with precision.
What We’re Looking For:

  • *Typing Skills: Minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • *Communication: Strong grasp of English writing conventions
  • *Math Proficiency: Ability to accurately complete nightly accounting tasks and calculate rates and charges.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to occasionally work extra or alternate shifts.
  • Independence: Capable of working autonomously and making sound decisions.
  • Experience: No front desk experience required but your resume must reflect you possess the skills required for the job.
*Tests will be given during your interview to determine your level of proficiency.
