Job Overview:
Were looking for a creative, self-directed Video Producer/Editor to lead video storytelling from concept to completion. Youll be responsible for producing, filming, and editing original content for our website, social channels, editorial features, branded campaigns, and live events. This role blends creative vision with technical execution ideal for a visual storyteller who can shoot beautiful footage, think editorially, and edit with emotion and clarity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content across multiple formats and platforms
  • Plan and execute on-location and studio-style video shoots (interviews, b-roll, live events, cultural features)\
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high production value
  • Edit polished, story-driven videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite toolsCollaborate with editors, designers, and digital leads on visual direction and narrative structure
  • Create versions of content tailored for web, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and events
  • Maintain organized project files, footage, and post-production workflows
  • Stay on top of digital video trends, emerging platforms, and creative techniques


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, camera operation, and post-production editing
  • Proven ability to produce, shoot, and edit engaging video content independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, audio gear, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and audio quality
  • Excellent storytelling instincts and editorial judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable filming in diverse environments, including events, interviews, and outdoor settings
