We have been a mainstay restaurant in Flagstaff for 13 years and have been consistently rated one of the best restaurants in the city and the state of Arizona.
We are currently seeking an Hourly Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
-Self motivated
-Detail oriented with ability to follow through with projects to completion
-Can make sound judgement calls under pressure
-Maintains a professional relationship with all employees, vendors and guests
-Ability to handle a high volume workload while maintaining guests as a top priority
-Foster positive discussion between employees to maximize performance
As the Hourly Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Assisting with ordering all necessary product (food, bar & n/a beverage) with proper storage
  • Execution and supervision of all opening/closing duties and sidework
  • Assist the General Manager with interviews, hiring, & training
  • Knowledge of all food preparation, management of all food products, storage of food products per Coconino County Health Department
  • Correct Management of all food specials
  • Balancing cash and daily deposits
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
  • Assist with evaluations for both FOH and BOH
  • Assist with scheduling as needed
  • Assist in completion of monthly inventories of Food, N/A Bev, Liquor
You will report directly to General Manager. The work week will consist of a 30-40 hour schedule set by the general manager.
