Job description

The production supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production on injection molding machines, while ensuring overall productivity. General supervision of colleagues including delegating of responsibilities, scheduling of parts to run and the issuing of job assignments.  This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.  

Minimum qualifications, 2 to 3 years' experience in plastic injection molding.  Strong leadership skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, knowledge of product manufacturing process and basic understanding of OSHA standards.

Must be able to follow procedures and guidelines of IATF 16949
