Position Summary: The Engineer reports to the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for new product launches, VAVE, assistance with quality, purchasing, and customer manufacturing. Successful engineers are detail-oriented, organized, and communicate clearly internally and externally.

Areas of impact:

  • Deviation Management for numerous customers including submission of all paperwork to customers and managing Print relationships between customers and suppliers
  • Support the commodity team with supplier changes by ensuring all Prints are correct and up to date from the customers and communicating throughout the implementation process to answer all engineering questions
  • Process engineering change notices from customers
  • Drive processes and performance towards company targets and objectives
  • Provide detailed monthly reports of project status, issues, obsolescence, deviations, costs savings and areas of optimization
