2nd Shift - 2:00pm-10:00pm
Starting at $20 + 5% Shift Differential totaling $21/hour

What You'll Do
As a Cold Former Operator , you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN. You'll get to:
  • Operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines
  • Perform adjustments and replacement to maintain a quality part
  • Perform catch pan quality checks
  • Separating dies and inserts
  • Move scrap and finished parts from machinery
  • Operator forklift/PIV to move tubs and raw material as needed
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills to enter data and look up job information
  • Background in mechanical work/field is a plus
  • Ability to read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and related equipment
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Responsible for supplying own tools/micrometers
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance.
