Job description

Pay Rate: $50 - $60
Location: Richardson, TX / Woonsocket, RI/Hybrid
Duration: 12 months

  1. React - Handling Large Data Sets
    1. Question: How would you efficiently render and manage a very large list (e.g., thousands of records) in a React application?
  1. React - Performance Optimization
    1. Question: What steps would you take to improve performance in a slow React application?
  1. Python - Backend Design / API Handling
    1. Question: Describe a use case where you built or optimized an API in Python. What challenges did you face?
  1. End-to-End Scenario
    1. Question: Walk through a project where you used both React and Python-how did the frontend and backend interact?

Role Description
PLEASE NOTE: candidates must have hands-on, real-time experience in React and Python (FastAPI).
  • Strong hands-on experience (this is not a project management role at onsite)
  • Support analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
  • Develop and support optimized UI screens by integrating Fast API
  • Work with stakeholders including Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with application and API-related technical issues and support their application needs
  • Work with customers and provide solutions with stronger security principles
  • Communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language and visualizations that are friendly to business and operational audiences

Required Skills
Frontend & Backend Development
  • ReactJS
  • Python for backend (preferably FastAPI)
Cloud & Containerization
  • Kubernetes / Docker (preferably AKS)
Data Handling & Performance
  • Handling large volumes of data on web pages (preferably from OLAP data stores in the backend)
  • Performance optimization
  • Data integrity
  • Caching strategies
Deployment & Architecture
  • Deployment strategies (e.g., hosting multiple applications under the same platform)
Security
  • uthentication and authorization modules
  • Security best practices
Collaboration & Communication

  • Strong communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and business-friendly manner
