Love to drive, hate sitting at a desk?

Luna AFM is looking to fill 40 permanent positions for delivery drivers. We are looking for people who like to push themselves and who seek a stable environment that also offers opportunities for advancement.

We are a logistics company and provide last mile deliveries.

We operate out of Plainfield CT.

The pay for delivery driver is $22.50/hour and we provide the truck as well as all the other essential tools to make the day successful.

~~~Tasks~~~

  • Deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers' homes or businesses.

  • Track delivery routes and schedules.

  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicles.

  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Obey all traffic laws and regulations when operating a delivery vehicle.

~~~Qualifications~~~

Delivery drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid United States issued driver's licence with a clean record and a clean criminal record.

Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and climb stairs at a dynamic pace.

Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Note: Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not required. Paid professional development; on road driving and classroom training.
