Cheetah Clean is hiring for our Fast Track General Manager Program-a hands-on leadership opportunity designed to develop future GMs from the ground up. You'll learn operations, team leadership, customer experience, and business strategy while growing fast in a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do:
• Lead teams and deliver 5-star customer service
• Learn daily operations, KPIs, and profitability
• Hire, train, and develop future leaders
• Drive growth and represent the Cheetah Clean brand
What We're Looking For:
• Motivated leaders (retail/service experience a plus)
• Strong communication and work ethic
• Willing to work 45+ hrs/week (including weekends)
• Open to growth and relocation within your region
