What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
  • Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
  • Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
  • Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
  • Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
What We're Looking For
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • Car wash experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person!
