Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and hands-on Logistics Assistant Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role is critical and ensuring efficient production flow, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery of signage products to clients and installation teams. This role requires regular physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
  • Oversea inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries, pickups, and installation schedules
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Maintain organization of materials such as substrates, vinyl, hardware, and finished signage
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with production, design and installation teams to meet deadlines
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery or inventory issues
  • Loading & unloading freight
  • Inputting freight information & photos into system
  • Responsible for maintaining yard cleanliness and organized.
  • Move product/material throughout the yard ensuring placement within correct areas using forklift
  • Product staging
  • Track vehicle Maintenance
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (signage or Manufacturing preferred)
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and freight coordination
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in commercial signage, printing, or construction dash related industries
  • Familiarity With materials such as acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, and LED components
