To thrive in the Neon Signs industry, you need expertise in sign fabrication, electrical wiring, and design, often supported by experience or training in electrical work or sign installation. Familiarity with tools like glass bending torches, transformers, and various safety equipment is essential, and some states may require an electrician's license for certain installations. Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills are crucial soft skills that set professionals apart in this field. These abilities ensure neon signs are safely constructed, visually appealing, and meet client specifications while adhering to safety standards.

What are the typical work environments and conditions for professionals creating and installing neon signs?

Neon sign professionals often work in a variety of settings, including workshops for fabrication and on-site locations for installation and maintenance. Job description

About Our Client
They're not just your average sign shop; they are the cool kids on the block, and growing faster than neon at a rave. The company culture is like no other – think family, fun, and fierce dedication to quality work. They're the folks behind those signs that make you say, "Wow, that's cool!" And guess what? They're on the hunt for exceptional talent to join the stellar team.
What We're Looking For:
Experience is our middle name (not really, but it should be). We need a Sign Installer Extraordinaire with at least 3 years of hands-on sign installation experience. We're talking about someone who knows the ropes – or, in this case, the cables, brackets, and neon tubes – like the back of their hand.
Job Hoppers Need Not Apply:
We're all about commitment. If your resume looks like a revolving door of jobs, this is not be the gig for you. Our client is in it for the long haul and want team members who are too.
But Wait, There's More:
If you're thinking, "This sounds amazing, but I'm not a sign installer," don't worry; we're open to considering candidates with relevant sign industry experience that isn't strictly installation-focused. If you're willing to learn the ropes and show us your passion, we're all ears. However, SIGN INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Serious Inquiries Only:
We're not here to waste your time, and we don't want you to waste ours. If you're ready to bring your A-game and make a mark in the sign industry, let's talk.
