The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume operation in Clarksville, TN. Our ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who leads by example, motivates their team, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.


As Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, team development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead and develop a talented team while maintaining high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence. You will also play a key role in achieving financial goals and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and successfully.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Prepare monthly reports for the corporate office.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and the local community.
  • Take ownership of the restaurant’s overall success and create an environment where both guests and team members want to return.
