Commission Sales Representative

The Bureau Fashion Week

Greenville, SC • On-site, Remote

$45K - $150K/yr

Full-time

Posted 3 days ago

Job description

The Bureau
We produce Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris, Los Angeles, Miami Swim, and Dallas-putting emerging and established designers, brands, and sponsors on high-impact stages. Each event reaches 3,000-15,000+ in person and millions digitally.
The Role
Run full-cycle deals with designers, sponsors, and fashion-adjacent brands-from first touch to signed contract-while protecting a luxury brand voice. You'll work a strong inbound stream and run targeted outbound when needed to fill your calendar and hit bigger months.
You Will
• Work and close inbound from paid, PR, and social funnels; prioritize same-day first touch.
• Run elite discovery → map goals → match the right Fashion Week package across cities.
• Drive the full cycle: qualify → present → close → handoff with white-glove onboarding.
• Hunt, smartly: execute targeted outbound (up to ~10%) into high-fit designers/sponsors to backfill gaps and drive upsell/multi-event bundles.
• Operate tight in HubSpot: next steps, notes, forecast you can defend.
• Follow up with precision across email/SMS/call/social to maximize show rates and fill inventory.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and partnerships to keep experiences seamless.
Enablement
HubSpot, templated decks, objection library, pricing authority: Level 2 (≤10% discount or ≤$2k value-add within menu; standard terms), admin scheduling, and fast approvals.
Requirements
Must-haves
• 2+ years full-cycle closing in high-ticket B2B (events/experiential, sponsorships, partnerships, or equivalent).
• Documented performance at or above 100% to plan (share recent attainment or a brief Loom on your best close).
• HubSpot (or similar) fluency with disciplined pipeline hygiene (stages, next steps, close dates).
• World-class discovery & objection handling; luxury-tone written and verbal communication.
• Willing to run targeted outbound (~10%) alongside inbound and follow a 7x7 follow-up cadence.
• Availability for event weeks (select travel/weekends as needed).
Nice-to-haves
• Fashion/luxury, live events, or sponsorship sales experience.
• Multi-event packaging or partner-marketing background.
Compensation & Perks (transparent)
• Commission Only for the first 30 days. Earn 25% Commission on Closed Deals. Expected to close 2-4 deals a week during the trial period of 30 days. After a successful trial period, transition to Base + uncapped commission with performance accelerators
• OTE: in the range of $130k-$150k (paid on collected revenue)
• Plan details: double-digit commission with stepped accelerators for over-attainment; exact tiers shared in your first conversation
• Perks: Remote-first flexibility, performance bonuses, runway-side access at Fashion Week events
Why The Bureau
Premium product. Real demand. Big stage. If you're fast, persuasive, and love turning warm interest and targeted outbound into high-value wins, this is one of the most exciting sales seats in luxury events.
Limited seats this hiring round.
