Overview: The Public Relations Coordinator provides essential day-to-day support to the PR team by executing media relations, managing sample logistics, and assisting with the organization of brand events and press strategies that support the vision and business objectives of vineyard vines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all vineyard vines sample requests for National & Regional Print and Digital titles, managing the end-to-end tracking, shipping, and return of product
  • Monitor, track, and clip daily print and digital editorial coverage and influencer placements, compiling weekly and monthly PR recap reports
  • Maintain and continuously update media lists, pitch logs, and influencer databases
  • Assist the PR team with the planning and execution of brand, editor, and influencer events, including invitation outreach, RSVP tracking, and on-site logistics
  • Coordinate seasonal product walkthrough logistics for editors and assist in identifying editorial trends and competitive market information
  • Partner with advertising, marketing, wholesale, and retail teams to coordinate product pulls and ensure alignment on key messaging
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for licensee and collaboration partner press presentations and product launches
  • Track relevant departmental budget expenses and process team invoices

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of PR experience (relevant internships within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle PR considered)
  • Familiarity with the fashion, apparel, and lifestyle media landscape, with an interest in building editorial and influencer relationships
  • Ability to work on competing priorities at the same time
  • Able to work with different teams and personalities, and find ways to compromise and do what’s best for the business
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google suite (Excel, Slides, Word); experience with PR tracking tools (Cision, Muck Rack, or Launchmetrics) is a plus
  • Natural eye for fashion and style
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
