Client Overview Our client is a boutique public relations agency specializing in fashion, beauty, wellness, and consumer brands is seeking an experienced PR Manager to lead integrated communications programs, drive impactful media relations, and manage high-profile client accounts. Must have prior fashion public relations experience to be considered for this role Role Overview The PR Manager will oversee multiple client accounts, develop and execute integrated PR strategies, secure media coverage, manage influencer partnerships, lead events and activations, mentor junior team members, and provide strategic counsel. The role requires balancing high-level planning with hands‐on execution while delivering measurable campaign results. Develop and execute annual communications and media strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers. Create compelling pitches, press releases, and media materials. Lead influencer marketing campaigns, gifting, and seeding initiatives. Plan and execute product launches, events, and experiential activations. Monitor industry trends and identify proactive media opportunities. Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and campaign execution. Mentor and support junior PR team members. PR Manager Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Influencer Marketing. Agency experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands preferred. Strong media and influencer network with proven pitching success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple accounts and integrated PR campaigns. Strong client management, project management, and organizational skills.
