Job description

Bobbles & Lace West Chester is looking for an energetic, fashion-forward team member to join our boutique as a Stylist & Marketing Lead. This role combines styling and client experience with creative marketing responsibilities that help grow our brand presence.

Responsibilities

In-Store Styling & Sales

  • Deliver our signature head-to-toe styling experience
  • Build genuine relationships with clients and create repeat shoppers
  • Ensure every client feels confident, seen, and styled to perfection
  • Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and inventory organization
  • Help drive sales goals and overall store performance

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Lead social media efforts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and content creation
  • Plan and execute in-store events and community partnerships
  • Coordinate outreach with local businesses, influencers, charities, and organizations
  • Capture photos/videos of new arrivals, styling ideas, and store events
  • Help grow brand awareness and customer engagement within the local community

Qualifications

  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content
  • Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized
  • Retail, social media, or marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and events
