  • Lead the development and execution of seasonal fashion design concepts aligned with brand identity and market trends
  • Oversee detailed sketches, illustrations, and prototypes for product development and quality standards

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, textile design, or related area and 8 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area; or 10 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area
  • 5 years’ supervisory experience
  • Extensive expertise in fashion design principles, visual communication, sketching, illustration, and fit concepts
  • Strong knowledge of color theory, print execution, fabric selection, and prototype development
  • Proven ability to lead seasonal design workflows, optimize product development timelines, and integrate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with PLM, CAD, 3D modeling, and AI-enhanced design systems
  • Experience applying market and cultural trend insights to create trend-right assortments aligned with brand strategy
