Role


Jebwa is hiring a marketing specialist with a successful track record of managing paid digital marketing campaigns to deliver outstanding revenue growth. The role will report to the Head of Marketing:


  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support planning, scoping and execution of Jebwa organic social campaigns and across platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and Twitter
  • Responsible for daily content publishing across all active organic channels, and supporting Customer Care team with proactive community management (NOTE: posting duties are shared by the team but does include weekends and weekdays outside business hours)
  • Support sourcing of UGC content for pickup in marketing channels including social, site and email
  • Deliver monthly social reporting dashboards as well as campaign recaps for Jebwa social accounts including performance metrics, trends, competitive landscape and opportunities
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the best tools and practices, monitoring competitors and other social media leaders, talent or opportunities for partnerships
  • Working closely and collaboratively with internal creative, brand and technology teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies, as well as partner with external media agencies
  • Lead ideation, strategy and promotion of content assets intended for outreach (blog posts, white papers, videos, contests, etc).
  • Secure and manage the creation of content by external vendors and placements
  • Prospect for new content promotion opportunities by working with the influencer marketing manager to create a robust database of relevant influencers
  • Monitor and report on campaign goals after completion and draft a summary performance report
  • Presenting to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics, and progress to goals


Required Skills


  • 3+ years of in-house marketing experience and/or digital agency in content and social media marketing
  • Rigorously analytical and data-driven, advanced quantitative skills; obsessed over the impact of your campaigns
  • Positive and productive communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Impeccable attention to detail paired with experience supporting high volume of simultaneous projects at scale, often in different stages of planning and execution
  • Proficiency with online analytics platforms & social media publishing tools both native & third party (i.e. Curalate, Sprout, Khoros, Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Experience writing copy and ability to execute minor social asset editing (cropping or editing stills and video, creating Instagram Stories, etc.)
  • Startup minded, positive, hands-on attitude and nimble
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial


Nice-to-have's


  • Previous experience in fashion or luxury industry
  • Photography and video editing experience; familiarity with photo editing tools, e.g. Photoshop.
