Katie Clouse State Farm is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. This is a primarily service-focused position designed for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building long-term relationships.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences while helping ensure customers receive the support and service they deserve.

Licensing Requirement

This is a licensing-contingent position.

  • Property & Casualty insurance license must be obtained within 30 days of your start date.
  • No license is required to apply.
  • We provide study materials, guidance, and full support throughout the licensing process to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, renewals, and account maintenance.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
  • Review customer accounts to help maintain accurate coverage and policy information.
  • Build strong customer relationships that promote loyalty and long-term retention.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the agency team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional insurance solutions and refer them to the appropriate team member when appropriate.
