Job description

We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Agency Producer to join a Brand New Farmers Insurance Agency opening in Norwalk . As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while growing your career in the insurance industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship driven environment. This job is in person at a Farmer's Agency and is a Fulltime position where you will be selling Farmers Insurance products.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
  • Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
  • Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.
Qualifications
  • Must have an active California Insurance License in Personal lines, Commercial, P&C or Life, Health insurance (required).
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
