About the Role:
Joe's Farm Market in Clarence, NY is looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our team at the farmers market! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an indoor/outdoor setting, connect with your local community, and be part of a fresh, farm-to-table experience that customers love. We are a season business, open April-October and open again in November-December for Christmas trees. 

Responsibilities:
  • Go through produce daily to make sure everything is as fresh as possible. 
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer questions 
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately at point of sale
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
  • Restock produce and goods throughout the market day
  • Represent Joe's Farm Market with a positive, welcoming attitude
Requirements:
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual, including early morning availability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
  • Prior retail, market, or agricultural experience is a plus but not required
