Job description

This position requires a Bilingual person English / Spanish is a Must.


The Farm Supervisor oversees operations across multiple chicken houses, ensuring all machinery is properly maintained and managed by the mechanic team. This role requires daily on-site presence and involves managing a medium-sized team to maintain efficient and safe farm operations under the direction of the Farm Manager. The supervisor also coordinates maintenance activities and ensures safety compliance throughout the farm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple chicken houses
  • Supervise mechanic team to maintain all farm machinery
  • Manage a medium-sized team (5-15 employees) to ensure productivity
  • Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance on-site
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs
  • Provide timely reports to the Farm Manager
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule with daily on-site presence

Preferred Qualifications
