- Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
- Must be able to read, write, & speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
